For years I ran my stall in Arusha the way my mother ran hers. Cash only, orders shouted across the market, and a notebook I could barely read at the end of the day. It worked, until the day I wanted it to grow.

DigiSoko showed me how to move the business onto my phone. We set up WhatsApp Business with a proper catalogue, switched to mobile money so I stopped losing track of who owed what, and I learned to photograph my products so they actually looked worth buying.

What changed for me

Now customers order before they arrive, and some never come to the stall at all. My records are clean, so I finally know which products earn their place. Last month I opened a second stall run by my sister, using the same system I learned.

The market did not change. I did.
